Turn The Music Louder

Music producer DJ KDA collaborates with the “rap superstar” Tinie Tempah and “vocal powerhouse” Katy B. in a new song “Turn The Music Louder”. The song is said to be a “re-working” of KDA’s instrumental hit “Rumble” which is released both in 2015. 

With the energetic beat of the music, it makes to the top of various music charts in United Kingdom where it also gets a silver certification with a total of 200,000 sales. Although the song has no clear message to say, lot of people still get into it because of the fact that is a club/ party music which surely attracts attention of the listeners.

People nowadays look for a music where they can find happiness. This may be the greatest factor why the song “Turn the Music Louder”, beside its unclear message, hits the UK Music Charts. Party music provides a jolly and light atmosphere which is a very likable characteristic of the song.

Aside from the rhythm itself, the rhyming of every last word of every line is somehow pleasing to ones sense of hearing. This component of the song makes it more lively compare to the instrumental version of it. One good example of this is the chorus “You got me feeling for your power , Turn the music louder, let me feel it”  where every lyric fits to the beat.    

But  it would have been better if the song tries to give out valuable message. In general, the song is good in terms of the rhythm and melody but lacks a little bit in content.
